Informal and comprehensive human-readable definition of a concept. Description	This category includes data quality rules that identify when care-of (c/o) information appears in the wrong address fields. Care-of indicates that mail should be delivered to one party who will forward it to another party. This information should be stored in dedicated care-of or attention fields, not mixed into street addresses, company names, or other address components. Misplaced care-of information corrupts the semantic meaning of address fields, creates problems for address parsing and standardization, and can cause delivery issues. For example, 'c/o John Smith' appearing in the street address line should be moved to a proper care-of field.
