Identifier support for San Marino

We newly support the following identifiers in our data model

• Social Security Number (San Marino)
• Tax Registration Number (San Marino)

Along with these new identifier types the following data quality rules were added:

Identifier format:

• Identifier format invalid (Social Security Number (San Marino))
• Identifier format invalid (Tax Registration Number (San Marino))

Identifier schema:

• Identifier format inaccurate (Social Security Number (San Marino))
• Identifier format inaccurate (Tax Registration Number (San Marino))
