Data quality rule checks for Polish business partners
Data Sharing requires a strong Data Sharing. In the course of onboarding Poland for the data sharing process, the following changes or new rules have been introduced:
- Identifier missing (NIP number (Poland)) added with criticality INFO.
- Identifier missing (European value added tax identifier (Poland)). Criticality changed to INFO.
- Mandatory identifier not maintained (Poland). Checks whether at least a NIP or a EU VAT Number is maintained. Criticality is ERROR.
- Identifier missing (REGON (Poland)) added with criticality ERROR. This identifier is used for connecting client data with the CDQ Community Data Pool thus it is mandatory for making the sharing process working. This so called linkage strategy can be found here.
