Slovenian Business Register (SI.BR) is now available in CDQ
Release date: 2026-09-09
Release details
CDQ now integrates the Business Register of Slovenia (PRS), the central public register of all business entities based in Slovenia. It is maintained by AJPES, the Slovenian agency for public legal records, and it is the official source for Slovenian company data.
The register covers commercial companies, sole proprietors, non-profit entities, and other registered entities, including branches of foreign companies that operate in Slovenia. For each entity, the following data is available:
- registration number
- full legal name
- business address
- legal form
- business partner type (legal entity or organizational unit)
The business parter type tells you directly whether a record is a legal entity or one of its organizational units, such as a branch or another part of a business entity. This helps you assign incoming data to the right level of your business partner hierarchy.
The register is broad in scope. Companies registered in the court register make up about 35% of all entities, sole proprietors and natural persons about 42%, and other entity types the remaining 23%. This means you can validate not only classic companies, but also small entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations.
AJPES publishes an updated file twice a month, so the data in CDQ stays close to the official register.
