We are excited to announce the addition of the official Dutch Business Register (Kamer van Koophandel – KVK) to the CDQ Platform data provider portfolio. This integration allows users to perform company lookups, matching, and data quality checks for legal entities registered in the Netherlands using KVK’s official Zoeken (Search) service.

Key Features & Access

• Commercial Data Provider: KVK is a premium commercial data source providing verified, high-quality data directly from the official Dutch registry.
• API Key Required: To activate and search this data source in CDQ, you must provide your own KVK API Key, which can be obtained directly from the KVK Developer Portal.
• Fuzzy & Multi-Criteria Search: Search capabilities are not limited to exact identifier matches. The integration supports fuzzy searching by full or partial criteria, including:
  • Company / Trade Name
  • Street name and House number
  • Postal code and City
  • KVK Registration Number
  • Branch / Location Number
  • Fiscal / Tax Number (RSIN)

Available Attributes in Search Records

Search results fetched from the KVK API are normalized and mapped into the CDQ Data Model, providing access to the following attributes per record:

• Business identifiers
  • KVK Number
  • Branch number
  • RSIN Tax Identification Number
• Entity names
• Address information
• Entity status

How to Enable

1. Generate an API Key in the KVK Developer Portal.
2. Go to CDQ Cloud App: Global Settings ➡️ Reference Data Source Management.
3. Add your KVK API Key to the NL.BR data source.
4. Save and activate the source.
