Small Update on Data Quality Rules

In our latest data quality rules update we have improved some rules, mainly by improving related regular expressions. The list of the changes is the following:

• Changed regular expressions:
  • The Common business identifier (Morocco) format [1] which affected the following rule: Identifier format invalid (Common business identifier (Morocco))
  • The Common business identifier (Morocco) schema [2] which affected the following rule: Identifier format inaccurate (Common business identifier (Morocco))
  • The Tax Registration Number (Morocco) format [3] which affected the following rule:Identifier format invalid (Tax Registration Number (Morocco))
  • The Tax Registration Number (Morocco) schema [4] which affected the following rule:Identifier format inaccurate (Tax Registration Number (Morocco))
  • The Employer identification number (United States) format [5] which affected the following rule: Identifier format invalid (Employer identification number (United States))
  • The CNPJ number (Brazil) format [6] which affected the following rule: Identifier format invalid (CNPJ number (Brazil))
  • The VAT number (Norway) format [7] which affected the following rule: Identifier format invalid (VAT number (Norway))
  • The GST Number (Jordan) [8] which affected the following rule: Identifier format invalid (GST Number (Jordan))

• Changed checksum calculation:
  • Updated checksum calculation of new format of CNPJ identifier (Brazil) in the following rule: Invalid checksum of CNPJ (Brazil)

With all the mentioned changes we have significantly improved Data Quality Rules in order to provide better results with higher accuracy and quality. The CNPJ changes allow us to follow new law regulations of CNPJ format that are effective since 1.07.2026. All changes are already available.
