Release details
We are excited to introduce three new reports designed to give you deeper insights into your Business Partner data, data quality, enrichment, sanctions screening, and overlap detection processes. These reports consolidate key monitoring outputs and make it easier to analyze results at scale.
Data Quality & Augmentation Report
The Data Quality & Augmentation Report provides a combined view of data quality profiling results and augmentation outcomes—all in one file.
This report includes four main sections:
- Business Partner data from the mirror – core attributes such as name, country, city, and thoroughfare
- Validation results – full list of errors, warnings, and informational messages generated by the Data Quality Monitor
- Identifiers – combined augmentation and validation results, including confirmation of identifier status and values in reference data sources, check digit verification, format checks, and existence checks
- Other augmentation results – enriched attributes such as names, legal form, status, and addresses
To make full use of this report, both the Data Quality Monitor and the Augmentation Monitor must be enabled.
AML Guard Audit Trail Report
The AML Guard Audit Trail Report provides detailed information about findings and actions taken during sanctions screening.
The report includes:
- Identified sanction cases – where each Business Partner was found (data sources, list types, total number of matches)
- Actions and decisions taken for each Business Partner
- Screening metadata supporting auditability and compliance
To generate this report, the Sanction Monitor must be enabled.
This report is designed to support compliance teams by offering a clear audit trail of screening events and decisions.
Overlap Report
The Overlap Report provides insights into lookup and overlap results based on the Augmentation Monitor output.
In this report, for each Business Partner included in the monitor, we present:
- The Golden Record
- Additional lookup results relevant to the overlap configuration
To use this report, the Augmentation Monitor must be enabled with Overlap configured in its scope.
This allows users to understand similarities, duplicates, and potential overlaps across their dataset and external reference sources.
