Release details

Management Summary

CDQ is happy to announce another improvement in the usability of the AML Guard. Searching for Business Partners in Case Management has become easier and more intuitive. Users are no longer required to enter the full and exact name string to locate a Business Partner. Instead, the enhanced search now accepts case-insensitive and partial matches, making daily work faster and less error-prone.

What Changed

Previously, the search required the complete and exact spelling of a Business Partner name. Even small variations (e.g., typing Ag instead of AG) would result in no matches.

For example:
• ABC International AG would only be found if entered exactly as in the database.
• If a user searched for Abc International Ag or made a typo, the result would not appear.

With this improvement, users can now:
• Find Business Partners using case-insensitive search terms (e.g., abc, aBC, ABC).
• Avoid missed results caused by capitalization or minor typing differences.

Limitation

The search term must still be entered as a full word. For example, entering Maschinen will not return a company called Maschinenbau GmbH.

Business Benefits
• Improved usability: less dependency on exact spelling.
• Faster search: find the right Business Partner with fewer clicks and less copying.
• Reduced errors: avoids missed matches due to small inconsistencies.
, Management Summary

CDQ is happy to announce another improvement in the usability of the Relationship Guard. Integrating D&B data into the CDQ Cloud environment is now easier and less complex. Instead of configuring separate data sources for search and enrichment, customers can now manage both services through a single D&B data source. This reduces setup effort, provides more flexibility in how credentials are used, and enables advanced options like load balancing across D&B products.

What Changed

Previously, two separate data sources had to be configured in CDQ to access D&B services:
• One for the search function (candidate list of potential matches based on address).
• One for the enrichment function (detailed company data based on DUNS number).

With this release, both services are unified under one single data source:
• Set the D&B credentials in the desired data source (see tutorial: How to connect to D&B).

Compatibility Note

The old functionality of configuring separate D&B data sources will remain available until further notice. However, we strongly recommend adapting your configurations to the new version, as the old setup will be deprecated in the future.

Feature Toggles Required
For the new lookup requests, one of the following feature toggles must be activated:
•
ACTIVATE_DATASOURCE_DNB_MASTER_DATA_BASIC

•
ACTIVATE_DATASOURCE_DNB_MASTER_DATA_LNKG

•
ACTIVATE_DATASOURCE_DNB_MASTER_DATA_MGMT

•
ACTIVATE_DATASOURCE_DNB_MASTER_DATA_EXTENDED

Business Benefits
• Simplified setup: only one data source instead of two.
• Increased flexibility: credentials can be reused across services.
• Advanced options: support for load balancing across D&B products.
• Future-ready: early migration avoids disruption when the old style is phased out.
