Small update on Data Quality Rules

Release details
In our recent data quality rules update we have slightly improved regular expressions for checking identifier-related rules and introduced new ones for Identifier qualification purposes. The list of the updated rules is the following:
- Post code format invalid (Liechtenstein)
- Unallowed pattern in name detected (DE) - now 4 digits in names are allowed
- Identifier format invalid (NIT number (Bolivia))
The list of newly introduced rules is the following (rules are in the HYPERCARE status):
- Identifier format invalid (IEC number (India))
- Identifier Qualification (NIP number (Poland), Data source:PL.NOBR)
- Locality Qualification (NIP number (Poland), Data source:PL.NOBR)
- Name Qualification (NIP number (Poland), Data source:PL.NOBR)
- Post code Qualification (NIP number (Poland), Data source:PL.NOBR)
- Thoroughfare Qualification (NIP number (Poland), Data source:PL.NOBR)
All changes are already available.
