Sanction & Watchlist Tools Now Integrated into AML Guard
Release date: 2025-07-25, related to idea in our Idea Portal: nan.
Release details
To streamline workflows and improve usability, CDQ has moved the "Single Sanction & Watchlist" and "Sanction & Watchlist Configurator" functionalities into the AML Guard App.
What Changed
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving user experience and app consistency across CDQ Cloud Apps, we have consolidated the formerly standalone tools "Single Sanction & Watchlist" and "Sanction & Watchlist Configurator" directly into the AML Guard app.
This change allows compliance users to access all relevant screening and configuration features within a single, unified workspace.
The Solution
Both functionalities are now accessible as dedicated tabs inside the AML Guard:
New Navigation Inside AML Guard:
Single Screening – Use this tab to perform ad-hoc screenings of individual business partners
Configurator – Manage screening configurations and list selections used by AML Guard
All previous functionality remains unchanged. The only difference is the new, integrated entry point.
Why It Matters
By merging these tools into the AML Guard, we:
Reduce navigation effort by centralizing all compliance functionality in one place
Offer a clearer and more intuitive workflow for compliance users
Lay the foundation for upcoming enhancements to the AML Guard interface
This change is entirely UI-focused and does not affect the functionality or behavior of the tools.
What You Need to Do
Please:
Familiarize yourself with the new tabs inside AML Guard: "Single Screening" and "Configurator"
Update internal user guides or bookmarks if they point to the old entry points
Inform your team that the standalone tiles for these functions will be removed as of July 25th, 2025
No reconfiguration or technical adjustments are required on your side.
If you need assistance navigating the new interface, please reach out to your CDQ contact.
