Description Informal and comprehensive human-readable definition of a concept.	Within the EU, personal data has received special protection since the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in May 2018. In customer and supplier databases, natural person data is usually not properly flagged. Different types of individuals exist in business contexts in supplier databases (e.g. freelancers), as well as just wrong placed contact information. CDQ Cloud Services identify personal data based on a rule-based approach enhanced by machine-learning algorithms. We are able to scan for natural persons based on identifiers (e.g. social security number), legal forms (e.g. sole proprietors), and known legal entities (e.g. from business registers). Our machine Learning algorithm is trained by lists of +100k forenames and continuous feedback of the Data Sharing Community.
