Name Name of a concept, e.g. a data model concept. In contrast to terms, the name does not depend on a given context, e.g. a country-specific language. NAP
Monolingual name Language-specific name of a data model concept or concept value.
Description Informal and comprehensive human-readable definition of a concept. Also known as "NAP 73" - the Classification of Activities and Products (fr. "La Nomenclature d'Activités et de Produits", hence NAP) was in force in France from 1973 to 1992.

In 1993 the NAF and the CPF classifications respectively replaced the "activities" version and the "products" version of NAP 73.

Technical key Defines a unique key by which e.g. data model concepts can be referenced in a technical integration context. These keys are unique in the CDL context. NAP
