Fuzzyness support for qualified checks against reference data
All data quality rules that perform qualified checks against reference data are now supporting fuzzy comparisons. This means that differences in names such as Hotel Lindner vs. Lindner Hotel are now accepted. Each rule documentation shows explicitly the comparator and threshold that we are applying in the standard. This impacts all qualification rules against Data source AT.FON and Data source VIES, but e.g. not Data source BZST as here the comparisons and decisions are performed by the data source itself.
